Dining Hall Information
About our Dining Hall
We are fortunate to have a state-of-the-art kitchen with a chef who prepares meals for our students on a daily basis. There are multiple selections each day for our students to choose from during the breakfast break and lunch periods.
The dining hall does not accept cash; families must make deposits onto the family account and students will draw from that deposit using their student ID as a debit card. Ways of paying and checking student dining hall balances can be found below.
Our policy has always been to not turn a student away in the dining hall; however, as student balances are, at various times, falling below zero, a new policy is necessary. This new policy is as follows:
Students with a balance in excess of $-15.00 will no longer be able to purchase breakfast items. For lunch, we will allow them to purchase a cheese or PB&J sandwich for $1.25, along with a milk or water for 50¢.
Ways to Pay Dining Hall Fees
Dining hall balances can be kept current by paying through one of the following methods:
Recurring Credit Card Charge (Preferred method)
Using the Online Payment form, you can setup a recurring payment toward dining hall fees.
For instance, you could calculate the average your children spend in the dining hall each week, then enter that amount on the form next to “Dining Hall”. Under “How often do you want to make this payment?”, select “Weekly”, then the first and last time you would like to make the payment. That amount will then automatically be charged to your card each week.
Checks made out to “Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School” are always welcome.
Please bring or mail checks to:
