Graduation Requirements
In order to participate in the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Ceremony, a student must fulfill the school’s academic, disciplinary, and financial requirements. A total of 28 credits is required for graduation. Basic requirements include the following:
Class of 2017
- 4 Hours – Theology
- 4 Hours – English
- 4 Hours – Mathematics (must include Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II)
- 3 Hours – Science (must include Biology and Chemistry)
- 3 Hours – Social Studies (must include World History, American History, Government, and Economics)
- 1 ½ Hours – Physical Education (must include Personal Fitness and Health)
- 1 Hour – Performing / Visual Arts
- ½ Hour – E-Learning
- 2 Hours – World Languages (must include 2 consecutive years of the same language; strongly recommend a third year of World Languages for select colleges)
- 5 Hours – in additional courses
*One course from the above 28 credits must be online.
